Baby is the size of romaine lettuce

Hello everyone!  Wow, I'm late for updating.  I have no excuse.  I simply haven't been writing and updating like I should. This was an eventful week as I celebrated my 39th birthday!  I also spent some time with the family.

Week 31: 18-25 July 2019

How far along: 38 weeks

How big is baby: the size of a head of Romaine lettuce, approximately 7 pounds.

Mommy's Weight:  174 pounds.

Gender: Unknown (Team Green)

Events of this week: Happy Birthday to Me!

Prepping for: Baby's arrival, Bug's basketball game, back to school, and freezer meals.

Symptoms: Braxton Hicks, heartburn, vomiting, snoring

Baby/Maternity purchases: About to purchase:  Baby book, maternity bra, nipple cream, and toiletries

Stretch marks: Yes

Belly Button: Flat

Food cravings: Slurpees

Food aversions: Not really

Sleep: Not as much as I would like, but enough that I feel like baby is resting.

Movement: Most of the day and consistently from 10-11 at night.

Best Moment(s) of the Week: The birthday weekend pampering was beautiful.

Not so great moment:  My morning sickness is back though it isn't morning sickness.  It's full on vomiting and usually occurs after I eat.  Baby is pressing on the tummy, I suppose.

Happy or Moody:  Moody.  This was the HOTTEST week on record with temps in the 90s and heat indices in the 100s.  I didn't want to move or be touched.  I was miserable.

Leave. Me. Alone.
Looking forward to:   Starting maternity leave.
